Other rate information
- The cleaning fee of $80.00 is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Discount for stays 28 days or longer.
- Rates are per night, for 2 people. Each additional guest adds $15 per night.
- Rental rates are subject to 13.416% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax.
- $300 US deposit on booking. Full payment is due 45 days in advance.
- Cancellation fee: $150 US if cancellation is more than 45 days in advance,$300 US if cancellation is less than 45 days in advance.
- Sorry no credit cards - check or money order only.
- Ours is a non smoking home.
